To best serve all our guests, we ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your service appointment to cancel . For spa packages, call at least 5 days prior to your spa appointment to cancel. WM calls 24 to 72 hours in advance to confirm appointments. Please call us if you don’t receive a confirmation. For services scheduled for 2 people or 2 hours or more we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited.
