Peak Form Massage is a private massage practice that focuses on goal oriented treatment so you can return pain-free to your daily activities, job or sport. As a long time multi-sport athlete and coach, I understand the importance of maintaining our bodies so we can perform at our best in everything we do. I am focused on helping to facilitate healing and reducing muscle tension and pain, through a variety of massage modalities and education. Each client will receive a customized treatment that reflects your unique needs and goals.
