The difficulty of getting in touch with them at first, once I did, I have had 2 great massages there so far. Professional and soothing massage. The gentleman does need to learn people communication skills (I suggest he remind people to use bathroom facilities first, drink plenty of water afterward, etc). But he gave a great massage.
