At about the same time, my husband and I decided to have children. After many years of infertility treatment and dealing with the uncertainty of whether children would ever be a reality for us or not, we did have two wonderful boys who are now teenagers. Oh, did I mention my husband has been in Law Enforcement as a patrol officer and a crime scene investigator for the past 25 years – on call 24/7 with a cell phone glued to his body since the things were invented.
