I hope everyone is getting settled in nicely in their quarantines and isolations, whatever that might be. Based on information and recommendations from the CDC, and the state of North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper’s Executive Order to stay at home, I will not be doing any more massages until further notice. I hope everyone has an opportunity to take some time to relax. Please try to use this time to reflect on what we can do to make this world a better place to live. I remember a talk that his Holiness the Dalai Lama gave when I was traveling in India. He said, “human beings created this mess and human beings are the only ones that can correct it.” Compassion and Kindness is the key to a healthy society.
