Our everyday activities shape our bodies. Sitting on a thick wallet tucked into your back pocket or carrying a heavy purse on the same shoulder will start to affect your posture. Our bodies work and move as a WHOLE being. A tight, shortened muscle will have a partner muscle that is weak and possibly over-stretched. Through postural assessments, orthopedic tests and ROM testing we can figure out which muscles need to be lengthened and released and where you need to strengthen.
