Ayni is a Quechua word which translates to “right relationship”, “divine relationship”, harmony, or reciprocation. I use this word because it dives to the core of what is health: the condition of a given system in which each component is in an optimal relationship with every other component. Healtth is all about Right Relationship, the balance and harmony between all things.
