My style has been influenced by my 25+ year practice of healing others, as well as myself. My initial study at Cornell University in Psychology and Human Development laid the perfect foundation for my life work. After a Reiki attunement and transformative Hospice experience in my late 20’s, I found myself formally studying massage in Albuquerque NM, the land of my birth. My skills are most influenced by my extensive trainings in Biodynamic Craniosacral, Lymph Drainage, and Polarity Therapy. Blending structural and energetic techniques, I help shift the nervous system into its most relaxed state (parasympathetic) where I facilitate access to the inherent healing capabilities within each and every one of us.
