Hey folks! In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, I am no longer working in person, and have transitioned to entirely doing Zoom sessions. Although I cannot touch you through the screen, there’s plenty that can be done with good assessment informed by an understanding of structural mechanics, and a combination of self-mobilization, self-soft tissue work, stretches and movement activities to retrain problematic movement patterns.
