The word “Niasziih” can be loosely translated to “vessel of healing”.  In our busy modern lives, real contact (presence) is a rare thing.  In a Niasziih healing session, the practitioner makes contact with the client in a way that allows old patterns and beliefs to reveal themselves at the client’s own pace.  The client and practitioner may then work together to transform these beliefs, changing perception in creative and sometimes imaginative ways.  A Niasziih session is not massage, and although there is usually some physical contact as the practitioner “tracks” the memories or blockages that reside in the client’s body, it is typical for the client to remain clothed.
