Anti Aging Exercise

Schedule 10 to 30 min daily.

Do "something physical" preferably your hobby. You will do it even if you are dead tired. Cardio is a must.

Do something that it is in your budget. You do not have to spend extra money.

Exercise with a friend or two. It is more fun!

Learn yoga and do it at least 10 min a day.

Hot bath, sauna at least once a week as a fantastic way to unwind, revitalize, and clean the body of toxins.
